Keep frozen until ready to use.
Must be baked before consumption. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat to 375 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and lid. Wipe top of ramekin if necessary. Place ramekins on cookie sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes or until top of souffle is puffed and slightly soft in the center. Do not use toaster oven or microwave.

I have tried five of the Babeth's Feast desserts and this one is the crown jewel of the collection. It is Julia Child quality and comes in ceramic-like cups that look elegant and can be reused (yes, they are oven safe). This is a super impressive dessert with no muss or fuss.
