From frozen:-do not defrost: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown. Turn potatoes halfway through baking. Microwave is not recommended.

Comes in thin industrial-sized bag. My bag was very flimsy and broke and transit and I had to herd the little potato balls together out of the shipping box. Bag not labeled (what is is, ingredients, nutritional content, etc.) and no preparation instructions included. Product itself was tasty -- be careful not to overcook. We tossed ours in a little bit of duck fat before baking to up the browning factor. (Posted on 2/6/2015)
