Must be cooked before consumption. From frozen: MICROWAVE: Remove salmon pouches from the box and puncture each 4 times. Place in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3-6 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145 degrees. Carefully cut open pouches and drain liquid. Remove sauce pouches from the box and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. Carefully cut open pouches and serve with the salmon. POUCH IN WATER: Remove salmon pouches from the box. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add pouches to water and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145 degrees. Carefully remove pouches from water, cut open and drain liquid. Remove sauce pouches from the box and add to the same pot of simmering water. Heat for 1-2 minutes, carefully remove from water, cut open pouches and serve with the salmon.
