Dough (Water, Unbleached Hard And Soft Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Sourdough Culture, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Yeast), Toppings (Cheddar Cheese [Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Cultures, Salt, Vegetable Rennet], Parmesan Cheese [Cow's Milk, Salt, Rennet], Lacinto Kale, Calabrian Chilies [100% Italian Hot Chili Peppers, Sunflower Seed Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Natural Herbs, Citric Acid {Acidity Regulator}, Ascorbic Acid {Antioxidant}], Garlic). CONTAINS: MILK, WHEAT.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Must be cooked before consumption. From frozen: MICROWAVE: Remove cod pouches from the box and puncture each 4 times. Place in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature of fish reaches 145 degrees. Carefully cut open pouches and drain liquid. Remove glaze pouches from the box and microwave on high for 1 minute. Carefully cut open pouches, pour glaze into a bowl, brush on cod and serve. POUCH IN WATER: Remove cod pouches from the box. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add pouches to water and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature of fish reaches 145 degrees. Carefully remove pouches from water, cut open and drain liquid. Remove glaze pouches from the box and add to the pot of simmering water. Heat for 1 minute, carefully remove pouches from water, cut open, pour glaze into a bowl, brush on cod and serve.
