  1. Main Dish Magic 5 Star Review

An authentic-tasting dish from the classical repertoire

  2. Delicious and Great for Guests 5 Star Review

Posted by on Mar 28th 2017

The beef is plentiful, hearty, juicy and flavorful. I loved it the whole dish. Got about more than 4 servings out of it when I combined it with the recommendation to add puff pastry on top, which was tasty. Now that I have tried it, I feel confident that it will be a wonderful meal that's already on hand when I all of a sudden have dinner guests.

  3. Tasty and perfect for one person 5 Star Review

I like that this is available in a single size portion - just enough for one average adult. Tasty as I'd hoped it would be. Would buy again.

  4. The Best on Babeth's 5 Star Review

Posted by on Mar 28th 2017

The best! For a frozen dish is was exceptional and easy like the coq au vin, but with beef and carrots. I think this is the best dish on Babeth's and coq au vin right behind it. It was tasty and the meat very tender, loved the pearl onions, mushrooms, bacon, and carrots in wine sauce. Can't go wrong. I did add more salt. It feeds two at best (made some pasta on the side)... maybe 3 children. lol.

  5. Okay. 2 Star Review

Not really well done... lots of sauce - missing the real flavor... missing real onions and carrots flavor.. the sauce a little artificial flavor... expected better meat. Something not quite right....?? The stock....?

  6. YES! 5 Star Review

This exceeded my expectations. Totally delicious. Nice and tender, too. Love the single size.

  7. One of the best dishes 5 Star Review

I order this regularly. Fantastic to pull out of the freezer and heat up with a salad and rice. Good enough for a dinner party

  8. Fantastic! 5 Star Review

Posted by on Mar 28th 2017

Let me first say that I am very pleased that there are selections in individual servings. It is most helpful to be able to purchase a small portion to try it out. Also, since I am single, the small size works well for me. That being said, I would buy this in gallon sizes it is so terrific!

  9. Tender & Tasty 4 Star Review

Posted by on Mar 28th 2017

The beef was tender and flavorful and I would purchase from Babeth's again. You must get the Artisan Baguette to go with it. It is honestly the best bread I've ever had!

  10. Tasty 4 Star Review

Very good but it is a single portion not the 1-2 indicated.
