INGREDIENTS(cows milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme from egg white) and/or pecorino romano cheese (pasteurized sheep’s milk, cultures, rennet, salt), corn starch, salt, CONTAINS: FISH.HEATING INSTRUCTIONSMust be heated before eating. POUCH IN WATER:From frozen: Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Reduce heat to just below a simmer (185°F). Slip pouch into water for 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Carefully remove pouch, cut open, pour off excess liquid and place on a plate. MICROWAVE: Make a 1" slit on top of pouch. Place pouch in a microwave-safe container. Heat on high for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. If additional time is needed heat in 30 second increments. Carefully cut open pouch, pour off excess liquid and place on a plate. Pouch and contents will be hot. Do not heat pouch in conventional or toaster oven.
