INGREDIENTS
half & half (milk, cream), eggs whites, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial enzymes), egg yolks, butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavor), flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), gruyere cheese (part-skim cow’s milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), mustard powder, white pepper, cayenne pepper, parmesan cheese (cow's milk, cheese culture, enzymes, salt), salt. CONTAINS: EGGS, MILK, WHEAT.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Must be heated before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and lids. Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake for 26 minutes or until the tops of soufflés are puffed and slightly soft in the center. Serve immediately. Cooking in microwave is not recommended.
