Ingredients and Instructions
INGREDIENTSingredients: filling (chicken, sweet corn, onions, water, scallions, lemongrass, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, water, fructose, hydrolyzed vegetable protein), canola/soybean oil, garlic, salt, sugar, black pepper, chili pepper), dough (wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, salt, corn starch). CONTAINS: FISH (ANCHOVY), SOY, WHEAT.
Must be cooked before consumption. From frozen: STOVETOP-STEAMED: Remove potstickers from tray. Pre-heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add ¼ cup of water. Add the potstickers and cover. Steam for 3-4 minutes until warmed through and an internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. STOVETOP-PAN SEARED: Remove potstickers from tray. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat in a non-stick skillet. Once hot, place the potstickers flat side down. Sear until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Remove skillet from heat, add 3 tablespoons of water to the skillet and cover. Place pan back on medium heat, gently shaking to loosen potstickers. Cook 2-3 minutes until warmed through and an internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
