Ingredients and Instructions
INGREDIENTSingredients: filling (green soybeans, cabbage, canola oil, chives, scallions, carrot, corn, water, shiitake mushrooms, sesame oil, evaporated cane juice, ginger, sea salt, garlic, corn starch, black pepper), dough (unbleached unbromated natural wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, sea salt, corn starch). CONTAINS: SESAME SEEDS, SOY, WHEAT.
Must be cooked before consumption. From frozen: STOVETOP-STEAMED: Remove potstickers from tray. Pre-heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add ¼ cup of water. Add the potstickers and cover. Steam for 3-4 minutes until warmed through. STOVETOP-PAN SEARED: Remove potstickers from tray. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat in a non-stick skillet. Once hot, place the potstickers flat side down. Sear until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Remove skillet from heat, add 3 tablespoons of water to the skillet and cover. Place pan back on medium heat, gently shaking to loosen potstickers. Cook 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
