Smoky, tender grilled eggplant is seasoned with Italian herbs and topped with zesty tomato sauce, melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Heat and serve.

Ingredients and Instructions

eggplant, salt, black pepper, tomato sauce (water, plum tomatoes (peeled tomatoes, tomato puree, salt, citric acid, basil leaves)), onion, olive oil, tomato paste (vine-ripened fresh tomatoes and naturally derived citric acid), basil, parsley, salt, black pepper), mozzarella cheese (pasteurized cultured milk, salt, enzymes), parmesan cheese (pasteurized cultured milk, salt, enzymes), basil. CONTAINS: MILK.

Must be heated before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, remove the film and place tray on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes. Bake until eggplant is warmed through and cheese is bubbling. MICROWAVE: Remove the film and heat on high for 12 minutes or until eggplant is warmed through and cheese is bubbling. Do not heat trays at a temperature over 350 degrees or in a convection or toaster oven.
