Ingredients and Instructions

INGREDIENTS
farro, carrots, onions, parsnips, turnips, balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, caramel coloring e150d), olive oil, salt, black pepper. CONTAINS: WHEAT.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
10oz. package:
From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover and film. Place tray on a baking sheet. Heat for 20-25 minutes or until warmed through. MICROWAVE: Remove cover and film. Heat tray on high for 3 minutes. Stir and continue heating for 3 minutes or until warmed through.
16oz. package:
From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, remove the film and place tray on a baking sheet. Heat for approximately 20 minutes. Stir. Continue to heat for an additional 10 minutes or until warmed through. MICROWAVE: Remove the film and heat on high for 4 minutes. Stir. Continue to heat for an additional 4-6 minutes or until warmed through.
Do not heat trays at a temperature over 350 degrees or in a convection or toaster oven. Once heated, farro can also be served at room temperature.

    I loved it. My husband did not like it b/c "I don't like farro" but I thought it was chewy and tasty and overall delicious. But of course you have to like farro to like it ;)

    I wanted to like the healthy choice but it lacked on falvour, it really needs more spices and some fat.
