Must be baked before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook franks on a parchment lined baking sheet for 17-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn them over. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until both sides are golden brown and puffed. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Cooking times may vary depending on oven. Do not microwave.
