Grilled Boneless Salmon Fillets
Pre-grilled Atlantic salmon fillets, lightly seasoned with olive oil, sea salt and pepper. Tasty as is or topped with one of our sensational sauces. Ready to cook.

Must be cooked before consumption. From frozen: POUCH IN WATER: Remove salmon pouches from outer bag. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add pouches to water and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 12 minutes for medium rare and 15 minutes for well done. Carefully remove pouches from water, cut open, drain liquid and serve. MICROWAVE: Remove salmon pouches from outer bag. Puncture each pouch 4 times. Place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 2 ½ minutes for medium rare, and 3 ½ minutes for well done. Carefully cut open pouches, drain liquid and serve. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove salmon filets from all packaging, wrap in foil and place on a baking sheet. Cook for 25-30 minutes for medium rare and 30-40 minutes for well done. Remove from foil, drain liquid and serve. From thawed: STOVETOP: Thaw salmon completely in the refrigerator overnight. When thawed, remove salmon filets from all packaging, drain liquid and pat dry. Cook the salmon in a sauté pan over medium low heat with a teaspoon of olive oil. For medium rare cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. For well done heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.
