Leek Gratin

Our luscious gratin of braised leek slices in cream, with onions, garlic, white wine and a hint of nutmeg, has a golden topping of grated Gruyère cheese. Heat and serve.

Ingredients and Instructions

leeks, milk, white wine (contains sulfites), onions, gruyere cheese (skim cows milk, animal rennet, cheese culture, salt), heavy cream (cream, carrageenan, mono-diglycerides, cellulose gum, polysorbate 80), butter (cream, natural flavoring), garlic, all purpose flour, salt, nutmeg, black pepper. CONTAINS: MILK, WHEAT, SULFITES.

Must be heated before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, remove the film and place tray on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes, until top is golden brown and bubbling. MICROWAVE: Cooking in microwave is not recommended. Do not heat trays at a temperature over 350 degrees or in a convection or toaster oven. Cooking times may vary based on oven.
