Must be heated before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees, remove bites from the tray and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Heat for approximately 12-15 minutes or until bites are heated through and golden brown. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Microwave is not recommended.
