INGREDIENTSfilling: goat cheese (pasteurized goat milk, vegetal rennet, cheese cultures, salt), cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, stabilizers (carob bean and/or xanthan and/or guar gums)), green onion, precooked bacon toppings (cured with water, salt, sugar, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. may contain dextrose, flavoring, honey, dehydrated pork broth, potassium chloride, potassium lactate, smoke flavoring, sodium diacetate, sodium phosphate), salt, spice, flatbread: enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, ascorbic acid added as dough conditioner, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], water, soybean oil, yeast, contains less than 2% of the following: powdered whey (a milk derivative), salt, sugar, wheat gluten, to preserve freshness (calcium propionate), leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), guar gum, sodium stearoyl lactylate, enzyme), topping: figs (dried sierra figs, potassium sorbate, sulfur dioxide added as a preservative), sugar, balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, caramel color, contains sulfites), port wine. Must be heated before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees, remove flatbreads from the tray and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Heat for approximately 12-15 minutes or until flatbreads are heated through and golden brown. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Microwave is not recommended.
