Ingredients and Instructions

burger: ground fresh turkey (turkey breast, turkey thigh, carrots, green onion, ground fresh chili paste [chili, salt, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite {as preservatives}, xanthan gum], ginger puree, garlic, organic tamari soy sauce [water, organic soybeans, salt, organic alcohol], lemongrass puree [lemongrass, water, xanthan gum and citric acid]), bun (enriched wheat flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, ascorbic acid, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], water, soybean oil, sugar, nonfat dry milk, baking powder [corn starch, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate], yeast, salt, dough conditioners [gum arabic, wheat flour, mono- and diglycerides, salt, soybean oil, cellulose gum, guar gum, enzymes], poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dehydrated onion).  CONTAINS: MILK, SOY, WHEAT.

Keep frozen until ready to bake. MICROWAVE: (Preferred method for a softly steamed burger.) Remove burgers from packaging. Wrap burgers in a damp paper towel and place on a microwave-safe plate. Heat 60-90 seconds or until heated through. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 400° F for 10 minutes. Remove burgers from packaging and place on a large piece of foil. Sprinkle up to 1 tablespoon of water evenly over the burgers to create steam and seal foil tightly. Bake 18-20 minutes or until heated through. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Microwave and oven heating times may vary. For food safety and best quality, cook until an internal temperature of 165° Fahrenheit.
