An 8 inch savory, fluted butter pastry crust is filled with tangy tomatoes and Swiss cheese in a traditional egg custard, perfectly seasoned with Dijon mustard and herbes de Provence. Heat and serve.

Ingredients and Instructions

milk, unbleached wheat flour, cream, eggs, swiss cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), salted butter, plum tomatoes (tomatoes, salt, calcium chloride, citric acid), dijon mustard (distilled vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, chardonnay wine, citric acid, tartaric acid, spices and turmeric), herbes de provence, spices, salt. CONTAINS: MILK, SOY, EGGS, WHEAT.

Must be heated before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove film and transfer quiche from container to a baking sheet. Heat for 35-40 minutes or until warmed through. Rest quiche for 5 minutes before serving.
