THAWING INSTRUCTIONS From frozen: MICROWAVE : Place pouch in a microwave-safe container. Make a 1"" slit on top of pouch. Heat on defrost mode for 4 minutes or until thawed. Carefully cut open pouch and pour into a bowl. POUCH IN WATER: Thaw in a bowl of cool water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or in the refrigerator overnight. Do not heat pouch in conventional or toaster oven.
