Ingredients and Instructions
INGREDIENTSscallops (water, sodium tripolyphosphate), bacon (cured with water, salt, sugar, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite). CONTAINS: SHELLFISH.
Must be baked before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a non-stick skillet, sear scallops on all sides turning until the bacon is crispy about 5 minutes per side. Transfer scallops to a parchment lined baking sheet and heat in the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until warmed through. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Cooking times may vary depending on oven. Do not microwave.
