INGREDIENTSmilk, unbleached wheat flour, cream, eggs, swiss cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes) salted butter, smoked salmon (atlantic salmon, salt, brown sugar, natural hardwood smoke flavor, color added), fresh dill, spices, salt. CONTAINS: MILK, SOY, EGGS, WHEAT.
Must be heated before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove film and transfer quiche from container to a baking sheet. Heat for 27-32 minutes or until warmed through. Rest quiche for 5 minutes before serving.
