Must be baked before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook spanakopita on a parchment lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through and golden brown. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
