INGREDIENTSmilk, unbleached wheat flour, cream, eggs, swiss cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes) salted butter, goat cheese (pasteurized goat milk, salt, cheese culture, microbial rennet), spinach, onion, spices, salt. CONTAINS: MILK, SOY, EGGS, WHEAT.
Must be heated before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove film and transfer quiche from container to a baking sheet. Heat for 27-32 minutes or until warmed through. Rest quiche for 5 minutes before serving.
