INGREDIENTS
milk, unbleached wheat flour, cream, eggs, swiss cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes) salted butter, goat cheese (pasteurized goat milk, salt, cheese culture, microbial rennet), spinach, onion, spices, salt. CONTAINS: MILK, SOY, EGGS, WHEAT.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Must be heated before consumption. From frozen: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove film and transfer quiche from container to a baking sheet. Heat for 27-32 minutes or until warmed through. Rest quiche for 5 minutes before serving.
