Ingredients and Instructions
INGREDIENTStomatoes canned (tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, calcium chloride, citric acid), vegetable stock (onions, carrots, tomatoes, parsley, celery, olive oil, black pepper, bay leaves), shallots, heavy cream (cream, carrageenan, mono-diglycerides, cellulose gum, polysorbate 80), brown sugar, unsalted butter (cream, natural flavoring), tomato paste (tomatoes and naturally derived citric acid), all purpose flour, salt, black pepper. CONTAINS: MILK, WHEAT.
From frozen: MICROWAVE: Remove lid and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir. Continue to microwave at 2 minute intervals, stirring in between until hot. If the soup is too thick, add 1/3 cup of water and stir well. Serve hot. From thawed: STOVETOP: Thaw at room temperature. Pour the soup into a pot large enough to prevent spillage. Place pot over medium heat. Stir occasionally until bubbles form. Remove from the stove and serve hot.
Good basic soup

Good tomato flavor, but somewhat bland. Could use additional seasoning--or more salt. However, the upside is that it is relatively low in sodium and for those who do not want added salt, adding some spices might bring out the flavors more. But I enjoyed it as is and will buy it again.
